Our church believes in life-changing power of prayer. As such, we are committed to being faithful to pray for healing, deliverance, safety, and salvation of our family, friends, neighbors, acquaintances, and others who need the power of prayer at work in their life.

Faithful prayer is scriptural, since "the effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much." (James 5:16 NASB). Other scriptures which point out the importance of prayer in the Believer's life are as follow:

• "I am the Lord who heals you." Exodus 15:26
• "Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you," Jeremiah 29:12
• "Therefore I say unto you, What things so ever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye will receive them, and ye shall have them." Mark 11:24
• "Pray without ceasing." 1 Thessalonians 5:17
• "And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ." 1 Thessalonians 5:23

• "Brothers pray for us." 1 Thessalonians 5:25
